We will get to know each other. We will review your medical history, answer your questions, and perform a physical exam. This will build a comprehensive understanding of your health profile and establish a baseline for your future care.

What should I expect at my first visit?

We recommend answering these questions ahead of your scheduled visit. Log into our patient portal and tell us about your medical history, medications, and other relevant information we need to make sure we make the most of your visit with us.
